We’re looking for a reliable Breakfast Chef to help deliver a great start to the day for our guests.

You’ll take responsibility for breakfast preparation and service, ensuring dishes are cooked well, served promptly and delivered consistently.

• Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to specification.
• Organising mise en place before service.
• Managing breakfast service efficiently.
• Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Monitoring stock and reducing waste.
• Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Cleaning down and preparing the kitchen for the next service.
• Communicating effectively with the wider team.

• Previous breakfast or kitchen experience preferred.
• Good organisation and time management.
• The ability to work independently and under pressure.
• A reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends where required.
