Sales Assistant

THE EMPLOY IS: NJ FOODZ LIMITED. The Sales Asistent will support the day‑to‑day running of the store. You will gain retail experience and learn the operational processes essential for working in a store environment.

• Processing customer transactions using the till system.
• Restocking shelves, rotating stock and maintaining produto displays.
• Assisting with receiving, checking and storing deliveries.
• Learning product features to support customer queries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor and stockroom.
Pricing, labelling and preparing products for sale.

• Be able to chat with customers, understand their needs and provide helpful information.
• Know the products inside out so you can answer customer questions efficiently.
• Keep track of stock, orders, and customer information and requests.
• Make sure transactions are accurate and customers get the right products.
• Be ready to adjust to changing sales environments and priorities.
• Driver's licence, having one can be a plus but it's not a mandatory requirement.
