We urgently require a part-time shop assistant for Banks and Braes in Kirkcudbright – currently two days per week (Monday and Saturday 10am – 5pm). You will be expected to be available to work extra days in the High Season. Immediate start.
Essential Requirements- Previous Retail Experience in a public facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Computer Skills (inc basic Excel)
- Aged over 16
- Serving customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Pricing, re-stocking and assisting with deliveries and stock levels
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy
- Cashing UpDirecting enquiries for embroidery and print orders (form filling)
