Seasonal Store Colleague

At JD Sports, you’ll play an essential part in delivering the JD experience throughout our busiest time of year, helping every customer leave feeling valued and excited for the season ahead. You’ll support the smooth running of the shop floor by greeting customers with energy, keeping displays looking sharp, replenishing stock quickly, and maintaining high service and presentation standards. With a positive attitude, great organisation, and a passion for helping people, you’ll ensure the store stays efficient, welcoming, and aligned with the high standards JD is known for.

This Christmas, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Store Colleagues to join our team and help deliver a magical shopping experience for our customers. Hourly Rate: £14.06

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy Christmas period.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
• Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, team focused retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.

• Positive, welcoming attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Team player mindset, especially during peak festive trading hours.
• Proactive and energetic approach to delivering a great shopping experience.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
• Availability to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New year’s Eve & New year’s Day.
