As a barista at our flagship store, you will create genuine moments of connection with our customers and make a difference to their day through handcrafted beverages, building relationships with customers (getting to know their favourite drink), and with fellow partners.

• Support store procedures, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, safety and security.
• Assist partners during high volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly.
• Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by getting to know the store environment and customers.
• Help create the third place environment during each shift.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer‑first attitude and creating genuine connections.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners.
• Provide quality beverages and food products consistently in line with recipe and presentation standards.

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
