Location:
38-50 High Street, Fordingbridge, SP6 1AX
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract:
8 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and shop floor, while also performing tasks around the store such as re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
Responsibilities- Friendly and thoughtful service – putting customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store is safe and legal – keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services – making changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- A positive approach to change and problem solving
- The flexibility to work a range of different shifts
