Co‑op – a Customer Team Member role in Cleator Moor, North West England, United Kingdom.

Pay: £13.04 per hour,

Contract:

18 hours per week, permanent part‑time. Working pattern: a mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts with flexibility across the week, including at least two evening shifts and one weekend shift (Friday after 6 pm, any shift on Saturday or Sunday). Full, paid training is provided. Availability will be discussed during the interview.

What you'll do
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service by putting customers first, responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
  • Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Ensure the store is safe and legal – keeping shelves stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures correct.
  • Introduce new products and services naturally, sharing experiences so everyone learns together.
  • Support the local community by getting involved in activities and events.
