Location:

Pontardawe, Neath Port Talbot.

Hours:

12 hours across 5 days per week. Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with a minimum of 12 hours worked each week.

Pay: £10.95 - £12.81 per hour. The amount that you will earn depends on your age:

• Ages 16‑20: £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
• Help customers find the items they are looking for
• Give a fast and friendly service at the tills, always offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye
• Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy
• Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy

• Enjoy being busy – able to juggle deliveries, till, customer service, cleaning, stock rotation, and more
• Reliable – an important part of a small team, dependable, and able to do your best on each shift
• Some flexibility with shifts – if another team member is off, you may need to cover slightly different hours, as rotas are planned three weeks in advance and outside commitments are considered
