Be the Expert, Not the Salesperson We prioritise a consultative approach. You'll play a key role in helping our customers make informed choices, offering valuable insights without the pressure of hard sales tactics.

Your role will involve simplifying the finer details and building customer confidence throughout their shopping journey and beyond. In This Role, You Will:
Welcome and assist customers in our high-end showroom Handle enquiries over the phone and via email with professionalism Prepare detailed quotes and learn the basics of building materials and heating principles Training is provided for reading architectural plans if you're new to this aspect of the role Join a Growing Team with Big Ambitions We're expanding across the UK, and you'll be part of a motivated team dedicated to making this journey a success.

What We're Looking for in a Retail Showroom Advisor Essentials:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong command of spoken and written English A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities Desirable Qualities:

Hours:
