Your role will involve simplifying the finer details and building customer confidence throughout their shopping journey and beyond.

In This Role, You Will:

• Welcome and assist customers in our high-end showroom
• Handle enquiries over the phone and via email with professionalism
• Prepare detailed quotes and learn the basics of building materials and heating principles
• Training is provided for reading architectural plans if you're new to this aspect of the role
