Tesco Colleague - Dunmurry Superstore

Availability Window

We would like you to be available to work during the following periods. The times we schedule hours will be communicated with a 3‑week notice.

• Friday: 13:00 – 22:00
• Saturday: 13:00 – 22:30

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but can accommodate a minimum of 12 hours if you wish to work fewer shifts.

Pay
:
Your hourly rate starts from £13.28 an hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.

• Serve shoppers and deliver exceptional natural service.
• Work across the store – including service, picking, replenishment, and other areas as required.
• Apply the training received to work safely and effectively.
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Be knowledgeable about your store’s performance, understand your role in driving service, sales and profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
• Live Tesco values and ensure everyone feels welcome, following all policies.
