Sun 09:00–15:00
Wed 05:30–10:30
Thu 05:30–10:30.
Your starting pay is £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25 . You will be guaranteed a minimum of 16 hours a week, with the possibility of 12 hours for those seeking less flexibility. All scheduled hours will be within the specified windows, and you will receive three‑week notice of upcoming shifts.

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.

• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Use the training you receive so work is safe, effective and customer‑focused.
• Make decisions that best serve customers and deliver routine tasks in store.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand your store’s performance, help drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrinkage, and deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Live our values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
• May need to accept deliveries into the store.
