Key responsibilities include replenishing stock, arranging displays attractively, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policy. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to delivering a positive shopping experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential, as is flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays. Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not always required, as full training is provided.
