Retail Assistant - Part Time

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is a permanent part–time position with a minimum of 12 hours each week, spread over three days including weekends. Working hours are flexible and the schedule is planned three weeks in advance.

• Pay: £10.95 – £12.81 per hour (depending on age):
  • Ages 16‑20: £10.95 per hour
  • Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find items and answer questions.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, including packing assistance and courteous closing thanks.
• Handle stock with care, manage deliveries, place products on shelves and in freezers efficiently.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
