Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; you may choose to work fewer hours down to a minimum of 12. We provide 3 weeks’ notice of exact shift times.

The table shows the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work; we will schedule your contracted hours within these times. We support flexibility if your availability is close but not exact.
