Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations—offering a wide variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles. If you re looking for flexible working that fits around your commitments, we ve got you covered! We ll work with you to find shifts that suit, though late and weekend working is a key part of our roles, and some flexibility will be needed.

As a Service Colleague, you ll work across multiple departments to help keep our stores running smoothly. Every day could be different—whether you re serving customers at the checkouts, preparing fresh pizzas, picking orders for home delivery, or restocking shelves. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in offering excellent service, welcoming stores, and  extra special  products.

We work together as one team to drive sales and deliver a great online and in-store shopping experience.

• Serve customers at checkouts and across store departments
• Prepare fresh pizzas and other ready-to-eat items
• Pick and prepare orders for home delivery
• Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
• Support online and in-store shopping experiences for customers
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to assist customers
• Willingness to learn new skills across departments
• Enjoy helping customers find what they need and providing good service
