Role: Parts & Retail Manager – Agricultural Dealership
Location: Framlingham, Suffolk
Salary: DOE, plus bonus.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Holt Recruitment are working on behalf of a valued client to recruit a Parts & Retail Manager for their busy branch in Framlingham. This is a great opportunity for an experienced parts professional to oversee the day‑to‑day running of a Parts Department within the agricultural and ground care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the Parts Department, showroom, and goods inward area
- Supporting and leading the parts team
- Assisting Service and Sales departments
- Maintaining customer and supplier relationships
- Managing stock control and departmental performance
- Experience with in parts/agricultural/plant/ground care sectors
- Previous supervisory or management experience beneficial
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
