Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Kirkcudbright to guide a small store team on shift, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. You may help in our post office or bakery and support home delivery services, depending on the store setup.
You'll coach colleagues, manage merchandising and stock, and engage with the local community to grow membership and drive service. A part-time role with varied shifts and overtime is offered.
