Brighton & Hove Albion FC seeks a Matchday Experience Assistant to enhance the stadium atmosphere at the American Express Stadium in Brighton. You will work on home matchdays across Premier League, Cup and Europa Conference League seasons, supporting activities and ensuring a memorable fan experience.
Key duties include engaging supporters, setting up fan elements, and aiding crowd flow with energy and strong organisational skills. This role is UK-based and requires eligibility to work in the UK.
