Customer Advisor – Pay rates ranging from £11.75 – £13.10 per hour depending on age and benefits. This is a part‑time role at 20 hours per week, with shifts between 6:00am and 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with some flexibility required.

• Assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis and maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
• Listen to and understand customers’ needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately; process transactions efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure stock is replenished daily, complying with stock rotation procedures.
• Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales and display stock at the correct price with Shelf Edge Labels.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer service within the store.
• May be required to cover the Post Office as part of the role.
• Undertake any other duties as required for the role.

• No previous retail experience is required; training will be provided.
