Asda seeks a Night Manager to manage and lead the night team, ensuring availability, shop floor standards, safety, and compliance while the store remains open 24 hours.

• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor during the night shift, ensuring timely delivery rotation, waste and returns management, and minimizing damage through replenishment.
• Lead and coach night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards, fostering a culture of customer service, sales, and teamwork.
• Ensure the shopfloor is landed, presentable, and promotion-ready before handing over to the day team, covering foyer and hot spots.
• Develop talent by listening with empathy, driving resilience, encouraging ownership, focus and passion, supporting the development of the team, and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated to step up.

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands‑on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends.
