Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to help maintain high standards on the shop floor and lead a fast-paced team. You’ll drive daily store operations and lead by example in a busy Lidl store.
The role offers £15.45–£15.95 per hour on a 35-hour contract, plus 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension, and long-service awards. Bank holidays and night shifts are paid at premiums.
