Are you an experienced Supervisor looking for your next opportunity with a well-known high street brand?

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a popular and fast-paced retailer in Belfast, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail career within an established and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.

Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales and KPI targets.

Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.

Support with visual merchandising and maintaining strong store standards.

Assist with stock management, deliveries and loss prevention.

Help develop and train new and existing team members.

About You:

Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor or Assistant Manager role.

A strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Highly organised, proactive and hands-on.

A genuine interest in retail and developing your career.
