Our store

Kingswood Specsavers is a busy and community-focused store, committed to providing exceptional eye and hearing care services to customers of all ages. The store features six modern testing rooms and one dedicated audiology room, enabling the team to deliver a wide range of optical and hearing services while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Conveniently located in the heart of Kingswood, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with regular local bus services and easy access to major road networks, making it readily accessible for those travelling from the surrounding areas.

The team at Kingswood Specsavers is made up of experienced and dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. Colleagues work closely across both the optical and audiology departments, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone plays an important role in the customer journey. The store benefits from a strong mix of clinical and retail expertise, with team members committed to maintaining high standards, sharing knowledge, and supporting one another's development.

• Previous experience managing a team is essential
• A confident and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• A passionate people person with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Well organised, with strong time management skills
• Hard-working, proactive, and able to lead by example
