ASAP Are you an experienced Boutique Manager or Luxury Retail Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in an intimate, premium retail environment where client relationships, commercial performance and attention to detail really matter? We are delighted to be supporting an independently owned luxury brand with a loyal international following in the appointment of a Boutique Manager for its prestigious Notting Hill location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced luxury retail professional to take ownership of a beautiful boutique, lead a small team and build strong relationships with a discerning, international clientele. About the Role As Boutique Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and commercial performance of the boutique, ensuring an exceptional experience for every client. You will lead by example, developing a small team while personally building relationships with high-value and repeat customers.

The role will suit someone who is naturally confident with clients, commercially minded and passionate about luxury retail. Alongside the boutique operation, you will have involvement across eCommerce, international orders and social media, helping to strengthen the brand's relationship with its global customer base.

Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the boutique Lead, motivate and develop a small, high-performing retail team Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised customer experience Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP, international and high-net-worth clients Drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities within the boutique Monitor performance, KPIs and customer activity to achieve and exceed targets Maintain exceptionally high standards of visual presentation, service and operations Oversee eCommerce transactions and international customer orders Support the brand's social media presence and digital customer engagement Act as a passionate ambassador for the brand and its products Ensure all operational procedures and company standards are consistently maintained Identify opportunities to develop the client experience and grow repeat business About You We are looking for an experienced Luxury Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager who is confident operating within a premium or luxury environment.

You will ideally have:
Proven experience managing a luxury, premium or high-end boutique Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering sales results Experience leading, motivating and developing a small retail team A genuine passion for luxury customer service and relationship building Confidence dealing with VIP and high-net-worth clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A polished, professional and personable approach Strong attention to detail and high operational standards

Experience with eCommerce, social media or international customers would be advantageous A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently Most importantly, you will be someone who loves boutique retail, takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and understands that luxury is about far more than simply making a sale.
