Store Manager    York - 40 Hours Per Week
Lead a Premium Home & Lifestyle Retail Store      At  Bedeck , we've been creating beautiful home environments since 1951. As one of the UK's leading bed, bath and homeware specialists, our portfolio includes renowned brands such as  Bedeck of Belfast, Sanderson, Joules and Ted Baker .
We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring  Store Manager  to lead one of our flagship outlet stores. This is an opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of store performance, develop a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience within a premium retail environment.

The Role   As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading from the front to drive sales, maximise profitability and create a culture where both customers and colleagues thrive.  You will have the freedom to influence commercial results while ensuring the store consistently delivers the high standards our customers expect from the Bedeck brand.  

Key Responsibilities   Lead, inspire and develop a motivated retail team
Drive sales performance and deliver store KPIs
Create an exceptional customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business
Recruit, coach and develop team members to reach their potential
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Deliver outstanding visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Manage stock control, availability and operational excellence
Plan and execute promotional activity and seasonal launches
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and health & safety standards
Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
What We're Looking For   We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within retail
A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets
Strong people leadership skills and experience developing high-performing teams
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confidence in making commercial decisions and managing store performance

Experience with in premium retail, homewares, lifestyle, fashion or similar sectors would be advantageous
Flexibility to work weekends, peak trading periods and key promotional events
