• Become the person customers rely on to find the right agricultural parts quickly and accurately.
• Keep customers and colleagues informed as you source, order and supply essential parts.
• Take pride in managing stock, checking incoming orders and keeping the parts store organised.
• Stay active with a varied mix of loading, unloading, deliveries and collections.
• Play an important part in preparing equipment for sale, supporting demonstrations and keeping the yard running smoothly.
• A positive, dependable attitude and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
• The confidence to build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet skills.
• A calm, organised approach and the initiative to solve problems under pressure.
• Customer-facing experience and knowledge of modern agricultural practices.
• A full UK driving licence and a telehandler or forklift licence.
• Experience with IBCOS Gold or similar dealer management software would be a welcome advantage.
