In this role, you will work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to manage and optimise Salesforce and Pardot, focusing on campaign execution, lead nurturing, and reporting. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated marketing programmes, ensuring data quality, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives. The position is hands-on and collaborative, with opportunities to recommend process improvements and best practices across the organisation.

Key Skills

• Experience in a marketing automation-focused role, ideally a user of Salesforce and Pardot
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
• Proven ability to design and implement lead nurture programmes
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics within Salesforce and Pardot
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage, but not essential
