Sales Broker

My client is one of the top performing investment brokerages on an international basis just setting up its City offices. They are looking to launch their new London office, with 20 positions available for experienced sales professionals of any age. I can only accept applications from those who can sell, who know they can consistently perform and who have unwavering belief in their own sales abilities and potential.

You must:
Be self motivated
Be very well presented
Be well spoken in clear, articulate English
Have experience in sales
Have a positive attitude
Demonstrate an eagerness to self-develop
Be committed to sacrifice
Sales backgrounds are essential, although from any sector. My client demonstrates a great deal of support to its new and existing sales brokers in terms of constant education and sales training coupled with excellent remuneration and sales bonus structures.
You will:
Be making over 100 sales calls everyday
Be trained to open and close very large accounts with very high net worth clients, with many investments exceeding 6 figures and a number of others breaking the highly respected 1 million benchmark.
Be selling to financially experienced High Net Worth Investors
Be telling them what they should be doing with their money, having the confidence and credibility to back it up
Be able to listen as well as speak
Be expected to maintain discipline in the face of setbacks.
Be earning a monthly 1000 basic retainer designed to cover you whilst you get established, but your focus will be on the commission and bonuses that will far exceed this
Be earning 5,000 a month, after 90 days.
