Are you a Business Development Manager with experience in the refrigeration or air conditioning industry, looking for an exciting national role where you can drive growth and build long-term client partnerships?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a growing business, responsible for generating new opportunities across the UK while maintaining and developing relationships with an established, high-end customer base. You will work closely with the service department to promote service, maintenance, and associated works, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.

The Role:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities nationwide
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing high-value clients
  • Promote service, maintenance, and associated works in collaboration with the service department
  • Attend client meetings and site visits across the UK
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

The Person:

  • Experience in Business Development / Sales (refrigeration or air conditioning preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts
  • Full UK driving licence
