Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Negotiator located near Aberporth. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. The Sales Negotiator will work closely with clients to ensure smooth transactions and maintain long-lasting relationships. The role also involves managing inquiries, conducting viewings, and supporting the marketing and promotion of property listings.

Qualifications
  • Experience in estate agency, including working with sales preffered but not essential (full training given)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a client-focused approach
  • Driven, enthusiastic & motivated with good people skills.
  • Sales skills and an ability to meet targets
  • Familiarity with the local area and property market is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems & phone skills necessary
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
  • 30 hours per week (4 days a week) + 1 Saturday in 4 (5.5 hrs)
  • £12.50 per hour starting wage + commission
