Commercial Sales Executive - Insurance

This is an on-site, full-time position as a Commercial Sales Executive - Insurance based in Brighton. In this role, you will actively manage and develop client accounts, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You will identify new sales opportunities and create business plans to drive growth, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client needs are met with NFU Mutual’s high-quality products.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Demonstrated experience or skills in Sales, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets
• Knowledge or experience in Insurance and a thorough understanding of insurance products
• Proficiency in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships
• Business Planning skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies for growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
