Sales Coordinator

Overview

Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Ayrshire. This role is 5 days a week, fully onsite.

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts while proactively generating repeat and new business via telephone sales.
• Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve agreed sales targets and objectives.
• Processing customer orders accurately.
• Coordinating sales requirements with the production department to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Supporting general day-to-day office and administrative activities as required.

This role is well suited to candidates who enjoy sales, are target-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of two years  sales experience would be advantageous.

• Enthusiasm, energy, and a strong desire to succeed in sales, with a commitment to long-term career development.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to different plant locations as required.
