We are recruiting an enthusiastic and driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our established Bangor team and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. AboutThe Role
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a wide range of new and used vehicles tailored to individual customer needs.
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying journey, delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
- Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales.
- Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided).
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions.
- Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
- Desirable:
Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system.
- Drive and determination to meet both personal and team targets.
- Confidence when advising customers on vehicle features, specifications, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with product and market knowledge.
- Strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
