The Role

As a Business Development Executive , your primary responsibility will be to make outbound B2B calls and schedule qualified appointments for our Utilities Consultants. You’ll predominantly be working from a proven script, but success in this role comes from your ability to bring energy, confidence, and professionalism to every conversation.

You’ll begin your journey in our Training Academy , where you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship covering the fundamentals of sales, gain industry knowledge, and learn how to consistently meet and strive to exceed your targets.

What We Offer
  • Starting salary of £25-30,000 with an increase after successful probation. Candidates with experience will be placed at higher rungs based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission – top performers regularly earn £1,750+ per month in addition to their basic wage!
  • Realistic OTE of £50-60,000
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Up to 5 additional days off through our attendance reward scheme
