About Us
Newbury Mobility Ltd is an established mobility company specialising in stairlift installations across Berkshire and surrounding areas. Our focus is on helping customers maintain independence in their homes through safe and reliable stairlift solutions.
We generate a consistent flow of customer enquiries and are now looking for an experienced lead closer who can professionally handle inbound sales calls and follow up outstanding quotations.
The Role
This role is focused on converting enquiries into confirmed installations through excellent communication, trust building, and professional follow-up.
The Role is the warm, reassuring voice customers want to hear and is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship‑building and can convert interest into action through trust rather than pushiness.
All leads are warm — no cold calling — and customers are already in need of the product
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be someone who knows how to close a sale without being pushy, understands the importance of listening to customers, and can confidently guide them towards making a decision.
You’ll be motivated, calm under pressure, and able to reassure customers who may be nervous about the process.
Someone warm, patient, organised, and confident closing sales without pressure. You will speak with elderly and vulnerable people who need guidance, kindness, and confidence.
Essential Skills/
Experience:
* Strong telephone-based sales experience
* Excellent communication
* Ability to build trust with customers quickly and close sales without pressure
* High attention to detail
* Good organisation and CRM discipline
* Confident handling inbound enquiries and following up warm leads
* Professional, patient, and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
Hours / Location / Pay:
• Office-based in RG7
• Monday–Friday 9am–5pm
• Salary:
Competitive +Commission + Annual Target Bonuses – OTE £40,000 - £60,000
