Location: Sheffield (20% Travel)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 + Commission + Benefits (Typical £35,000 with OTE)
My client is expanding their sales team and are looking for a relationship focused and consultative Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers while actively developing new business across South Yorkshire and the surrounding area. This is an office based role but includes occasional travel, it s ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, meeting clients face to face and closing deals through a consultative approach.

Responsibilities:
- Selling a portfolio of products and associated services
- Developing new business through proactive prospecting
- Managing and grow existing customer accounts
- Making new business calls to potential customers
- Conducting fact finding meetings to understand client needs
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintaining accurate weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Building long term customer relationships based on trust and service
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry developments
Requirements:
- Experience of selling over the phone
- Confidence speaking with customers face to face
- A down-to-earth personality and relationship focused approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in an organised way
