About the role

Holiday Home Sales Advisor – £28,746 base with on Target earnings £100,000.

Location:

Cayton Bay Holiday Park. You will help customers purchase holiday homes, drive sales and deliver excellent after‑sales support.

• Generate leads through walk‑ins, referrals and social media.
• Follow up on enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct park tours, present finance options and close sales.
• Carry out pre‑handover checks and provide after‑sales support.
• Analyse sales performance and drive part‑exchange opportunities.

• Resilient with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales role is desirable.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to meet budgets and KPIs.
• Proficient IT skills – data input, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Availability to work weekends to support peak sales periods.
