We’re expanding our sales team in Swindon and are hiring for two opportunities:

  • Field Sales Executive
    , working face-to-face with clients across the region
  • Telephone Sales Executive
    , based full-time in our Swindon office

Both roles are central to driving growth across Wiltshire, working with SMEs to deliver tailored advertising and marketing solutions that genuinely make an impact.

Salary £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. OTE £32,000 - £40,000 in Y1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Across both roles:
    • Identify and win new business opportunities with local SMEs
    • Build strong relationships using a consultative sales approach
    • Recommend tailored advertising solutions across print, digital and wider media channels
    • Manage and grow accounts to maximise long-term revenue
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI
  • Field Sales Executive:
    • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients across your territory
    • Manage your own diary and sales pipeline
    • Build long-term partnerships through in-person engagement
  • Telephone Sales Executive:
    • Generate new business through outbound calling and virtual meetings
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high activity

      Convert leads into customers through effective questioning and closing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated by targets, progression and earning potential
  • Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Field Sales Executive (essential):
    • Proven B2B sales experience
    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
    • Confidence working autonomously and managing a territory
  • Desirable (Field role):
    • Interest in media, advertising or digital marketing
  • Telephone Sales Executive (essential):
    • Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week in our Swindon office
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
    • Resilient and confident with outbound calls
  • Desirable (Telephone role):
    • Previous B2B or outbound sales experience
    • Interest in media, advertising or digital marketing
