Location: Brighton

Ready to design once‑in‑a‑lifetime travel experiences across the globe? We're looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our Brighton team, specialising in complex, tailor‑made and round‑the‑world trips.

  • Full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Part time (minimum of 28 hours per week across Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent
What you’ll be doing

We specialise in all aspects of round‑the‑world travel, so your role will be interesting and varied. You'll be putting together complex multi‑stop and round‑the‑world itineraries for some clients and fully tailor‑made holidays for others.

You'll have autonomy over your day‑to‑day workload which will involve talking to customers on the phone, by email and occasionally face to face. You'll also work closely with the product team, suppliers and with the other consultants to help create fully tailored, completely bespoke trips of a lifetime. You'll manage the full process from initial quote through to booking and after‑sales support.

What we’re looking for

We have a number of popular destinations around the world, including North and South America, Asia, Australasia and the South Pacific. We look for personal travel experience across several of these regions as this is essential for the role.

Besides a passion for travel, we do also require that our sales consultants can demonstrate:

  • Solid long‑haul sales experience, preferably in complex, multi‑stop and tailor‑made trips
  • A proven track record of securing sales in a customer‑focused environment
  • Competency of using the GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre)
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
What you’ll receive
  • High basic salary (Starting £35,000 – £39,000, rising up to £50,000 subject to performance)
  • Twice yearly sales bonus (uncapped earning potential)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata for part‑time staff)
  • Weekday working
  • Flexible / Hybrid working – Once passed probation
  • Personal annual staff travel fund
  • Educational trips
  • Sabbatical opportunities
  • Contributory pension
  • Private medical insurance
  • Health cash plan
  • Free yoga and exercise classes
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity package
  • Additional pension contributions and extra holiday allowance in reward for long‑term service

You will need previous experience working in long haul, round‑the‑world travel, dealing with flight and tailor‑made itineraries. Alongside this you will have a passion for travel and a good personal travel background
