Graduate Scheme - Business Development (Commercial)

• £28k basic salary with up to £30k OTE

• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offerings to educate prospective customers
• Proactively reach out to prospects over the phone, via email and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
• Develop relationships through extensive research—identifying key influencers within accounts and building rapport
• Support customer success to ensure client satisfaction with services secured
• Shadow senior members to understand the entire 360 process, with a view to progression within the business

• Degree level education
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
