Are you a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Do you want uncapped commission, real progression, and industry-leading sales coaching?

We're looking for ambitious Business Sales Graduates to join a growing sales team in Manchester. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities and introduce businesses to professional consultancy and people-management software solutions that help them run their organisations more effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and referrals

  • Booking appointments with business owners and decision makers
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in telesales, door to door sales, outbound sales or lead generation

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Resilient, confident and motivated by earning potential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision makers
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude
