Sales Development Representative
Location:

As a Sales Development Representative
, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging with prospective customers.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and prospect engagement
- Clearly articulate value proposition, features and benefits
- Build strong relationships and deliver a customer-first approach
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range
- Effectively negotiate win-win commercial outcomes
- Achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and margin targets
- Consistently meet or exceed all KPI metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support targeted sales activity
This role offers a strong foundation for a successful career in sales, including:
- Building compelling customer propositions
- Understanding the full end-to-end sales cycle
- Developing and managing a high-performing sales pipeline
- Gaining commercial awareness and profitability insights
- Hands-on field training and customer visits with experienced colleagues
- In-depth knowledge of the facilities supplies market and growth categories
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets
