An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:

• Handle customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
• Build trust and recommend the most appropriate products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying journey from enquiry to sale.
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate to maximise value.
• Accurately update customer information on the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

About You as the Sales Advisor:

• Previous experience in sales, retail sales, telesales, customer service or customer retention.
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
• Positive, enthusiastic and target driven.
• Able to handle objections professionally.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working within a KPI-driven environment.
