Field Sales Representative

• Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores.
• Spot gaps, fix issues and maximise every visit.
• Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
• Compete to be the best – and be rewarded when you are.
• Communicate confidently with anyone – from store staff to managers.
• Work independently while staying organised and self‑motivated.
• Use technology comfortably to report activity.

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus – not a must.
