Position: Sales Executive NO SUNDAY WORKING
Location: New Waltham

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive or an ambitious telesales professional. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £29,000, with an on target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, allowing top performers to earn up to £60,000.

Role

As a Sales Executive, you will represent Vauxhall and use your telesales stamina to proactively follow up leads, handle initial enquiries, and book appointments. From there, you will transition into a premium face‑to‑face consultative role. You will guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car‑buying journey, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

You will work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts), be on duty most Saturdays, and enjoy a guaranteed weekday off. Sundays remain closed.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a high‑volume, target‑driven telephone sales role (telesales, recruitment, outbound call centres, customer retention, appointment setting, or B2B lead generation).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
  • Proactive and able to generate opportunities over the phone.
