£25,000 - £28,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £31,000)

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm No Weekends

Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for your next opportunity in Manchester City Centre?

We're looking for a customer-focused Lettings & Sales Consultant to join a busy, independently owned estate agency. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining lettings, sales and customer service in a supportive team environment.

• Arrange and conduct lettings and sales viewings
• Register and qualify applicants
• Negotiate offers and progress sales and tenancies
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email and online
• Carry out inspections and check-outs
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and contractors
• Generate new business opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings & Sales Consultant
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
