BYD Kidderminster are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the team at our busy dealership in Kidderminster.

• To welcome customers into the dealership and provide a professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales experience.
• Participate in social media videos to help boost enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable BYD vehicle and finance options to meet their needs.
• Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance and additional products in line with company standards.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the BYD range, including electric vehicle technology and features.
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover and maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all customer records and sales documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Keep the showroom and display vehicles clean, tidy and presented to the highest standard.
• You must be smart in appearance and well organised.
