School Photographer and Sales Representative – East Norfolk
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic people person to join our permanent team in East Norfolk (between Norwich and the coast). Preferably with school photography experience (full training is provided), but not essential.

• Provide an excellent all‑round customer service experience for clients.
• Maintain a great relationship with the current client base and enjoy meeting new people.
• Make everyone smile, from babies and children to adults.
• Be enthusiastic and energetic with a pleasant manner and professional demeanour.
• Work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Be flexible with working times; early starts are sometimes necessary, particularly through the autumn term.
• Possess more than twelve months of driving experience with a full UK licence.
• Be willing to undergo a DBS check and provide two referees prior to starting.

• Collaborate with other Photographers to drive sales.
• Plan and carry out a sales strategy; report results to the Head Office.
• Engage with clients to keep them updated on the latest products and services.
• Rebook existing customers.

• Enjoy term‑time holidays, weekends and quieter periods of the academic year.
• Starting monthly salary: £1,610 paid monthly. Commission is generated from the sale of photographs taken by you; if your commission exceeds your annual salary a balancing payment is due.
• Opportunity to earn extra money during quieter periods with the university graduation team.
• Company vehicle: a taxed, insured and maintained vehicle may be provided (details discussed at interview).
• Full photographic equipment is provided.
• Reimbursement of all authorised business‑related expenses.
• After 3 months of service enrolment in the Pension scheme (opt‑in available sooner); life cover becomes available on 1st August after one year’s service.
• Full professional training at the start of employment and ongoing support, including Health & Safety and Manual Handling.

• Experience photographing in schools is an advantage but not essential.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and professional demeanour.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good organisational abilities and flexibility with work hours.
• Valid UK driving licence and driving experience.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check.

Monthly salary of £1,610, commission from sales, and potential balancing payment if commission exceeds salary. Salary is paid monthly.
