This role is central to aligning departments and driving a seamless customer journey.

Role Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering onboarding, training, and coaching programmes to ramp new hires quickly and upskill existing sales teams.
  • Working with Marketing to develop and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and objection‑handling guides.
  • Acting as the connector between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, ensuring consistent messaging, coordinated campaigns, and feedback loops that improve the customer journey.
  • Partnering with Customer Support to capture client insights, success stories, and common challenges to better equip Sales and inform Marketing campaigns.
  • Driving adoption and optimisation of sales technology (CRM, sales engagement tools, enablement platforms) to streamline workflows and improve pipeline visibility.
  • Analysing sales and customer support data to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, or process; recommend and implement solutions.
  • Building and executing a scalable sales enablement framework that evolves with business growth in the UK and internationally.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or revenue operations within a SaaS sales environment (ideally fintech, payments, or spend management)

  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to create alignment and drive growth.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills – able to engage and motivate sales teams.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to create compelling content and resources tailored to different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of finance processes (AP automation, expense management, payments).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions.
